Can a lease agreement prohibit keeping a firearm in an apartment?
Question Details: Many lease agreements around here state that you cannot have firearms, weapons, ect. Is this legal for them to enforce?

Certainly. You have no right to have a gun on private property. "Right to bear arms" only applies to governmental restrictions.
