Can a landlord enforce the lease after he/she has already written that a tenant is let out of the lease?

Question Details: My landlord said that I would be let out of November rent if I had all my belongings out by October 11. I have already moved out, cleaned, and turned in my keys and now today she emailed me saying she might have to enforce the lease. I have written documentation that I"m let out of it, can she go back on what she wrote?

What exactly did your landlord write, and what was her reason for reneging on her agreement? Do you have a copy of the lease? Feel free to email me at sean@roadlawyer.net or call me at 913 441 5025 if you want to discuss this further.
