Can a judge do this?

Can a judge make me talk to the man who beat me and raped me becuase we have kids together and are going through a visitation lawsuit?

Probably.  Judges have a lot of discretion in family cases in Arkansas.  The best way to avoid talking to him is to have an attorney who can talk to him or his attorney about the visitation matter on your behalf.  If I can be of assistance, please give me a call.
