Can a garnishment be filed against someone's tax refund for money owed?
Question Details:
My ex-husband owes me money/propertyfrom my divorce settlement. He was court ordered to pay me a monthly amount and didn't so I filed a garnishment against his paycheck. If he is to receive a tax refund, can I file a garnishment against his tax refund?
