In every state in this coutnry, if a foreign limited liabilty company wishes to apply to do business in a state in this country, it must submit paper work with a particular state's secretary of state seeking to do business in that locality and pay the appropriate fee on a yearly basis to do so.
The foreign corporation is not required to do anything else such as incorporate or set up a new entity for the simple fact it is already exisiting as a foreign limited liability company.
