Can a car dealer sell a car with 3,054 miles on it as a new car if it has not been titled to anyone from a dealership?
Question Details: I signed an odometer reading of 3.054 but I never read the fine print. My bill of sale says it is " a new car"; how can that be when the dealer said it was new?
The reason why the car that you are writing about is deemed a new car is that it has not been registered in the name of any ones else's name other than the dealership despite the fact that the odometer reads 3,054 miles. Most likely the car was used by the dealer as a loaner.
