California law, I moved out will that hurt me in divorce for custody?

Question Details: My wife and I moved from one apartment building to another and she did not put me on the lease. 2 months later she served me with divorce papers and told me to move out or she would call the police because I was not on the lease. I left and now am living in my car and just started a new job. She is now asking for full custody and and child support and alimony (we both make the same amount of money) I actually just signed a lease with the same apartments she is in and will move in nov. 1st. Until then I spend as much time as I can with my children. Moving out, will it hurt me in custody?

No. Moving out by itself won't. The court looks at other factors in deciding custody (age of child, etc.)
