Buyer fails to provide earnest money within three day requirement of contract.

Question Details: Buyer has not come up with earnest money as stipulated in contract. Is the contract now void? This is an Arkansas home and contract.

It depends on the terms of the contract.  More than likely it is voidable, but not void.  That means you have the option of performing the contract or not performing the contract because the other party breached first.  Let me know if I can be of any assistance.
