BIGAMY QUESTION
IF I GET AN ANNULMENT ON THE BASIS OF BIGAMY CAN I STILL PRESS CRIMINAL CHARGES, AND IF I WENT BACK TO HIM BECAUSE HE PROMISED TO GET DIVORCED, AND THAT OUR MARRIAGE WOULD BE VALID DOES THAT CONSTITUTE GOOD FAITH BELIEF I HAVE PROOF THAT HE TOLD ME THAT . I LIVE IN TEXAS

Yes, you can get an annulment on the grounds you cited.  Annulment in Texas is granted for one of six reasons, fraudulent inducement and legal impediment are two of the six grounds for annulment.  BTW:  the fact that he was married at the time, makes the marriage voidable and depending on circumstances it is void, no action necessary.  But, an annulment is the legal and proper method to legitimize your position.

As for the criminal issue, the crime has been committed and your legal curation of your own standing does not negate this.  You can press the criminal issue if you like but keep in mind, you should likely wait until the annulment is over so that you keep him friendly until you no longer need or want any of his cooperation.
