I am not admitted in Rhode Island.  As far as I know there is nothing known as a "beneficiary deed."    If you are the Personal Representative of an estate you may mean an Executor's Deed that allows you to transfer the rights, title and interest in the decedent's real property to the beneficiary.  Otherwise, if you mean where can you get a copy of a deed that has been filed it is usually filed with the county clerk in the county in which the property is located.  Sometimes there is a "registrar" of deeds.
