Can I get alimony payment reduced?

Bankruptcy filed twice since divorce. Now make less and struggle. New wife diagnosed with breast cancer.

Yes, what you need to do is make a request for a modification of the alimony. You need to go back to the court that granted your divorce and fill out the required form. It is usually titled something like "Motion to Modify Order." Since the court considers many issues when deciding to award alimony, the fact that you have had many life changes since then should be considered as grounds for reducing the alimony payments. Make sure that you have copies of any documents you need to prove these changes: bankruptcy papers, income stubs, tax papers, medical diagnosis of your wife's breast cancer, etc. I don't know if the court will grant your request, but you certainly have legal grounds for the request.
