Bad check - warrant

Question Details: my significant other wrote a bad check valued at around $125 to a grocery store in Missouri about 6 years ago. We found out today that she has missed multiple court dates and has a warrant for her arrest over this matter... is there an easy solution to this matter without jail time?

Possibly. Do you have a copy of any of the paperwork (case number, complaint, name of victim, etc?). Some jurisdictions are more flexible than others. `Where did you write the check? Feel free to email me at sean@roadlawyer.net or call me at 913 441 5025 to discuss this further.
