auto insurance liability
Question Details: was recently in a major car crash. the person who hit me was not insured but the truck they were driving was. will the insurance company of the truck still accept liability?

The insurance goes with the vehicle not the driver, so if the person driving the other vehicle was at fault that insurance company shoudl, eventually, cover your damages.
