Criminal Defense Law Answers

Although I do not practice law in the State of Oklahoma, here are my initial impressions.  Depending on local policy and procedure, as well as the nature of the charges that are currently pending against you, it is possible that you will not see your public defender until your next court appearance.  Therefore, do not be surprised if you are not interviewed until you arrive at court, or, even after, your next court appearance.
