Assaulted at work

Question Details: I work for a small business and one of the employees, who happens to be the son of the owner has, on two occasions, engaged in a physical altercation with me. The first time by pinning me against a wall and chocking me and the most recent was lunging at me and striking me on the side of the head. My boss, who is the owners other son, and part owner himself, was present for the latter.
