It really depends on what the police report says. If you would like to discuss your case feel free to call me at 857 498-0021. Simon Mann, Esq.

In all likelihood, you are not looking at any jail time unless you have a signficant record.  It also depends on what the police say happened and whether and to what extent anyone was harmed.  I am in downtown Boston and if the court is in or near Boston, I would be happy to discuss.  My email is wth@harringtonharrington.com.  I used to be an ADA and have experience with many of these types of cases.
