If our divorce settlement granted my ex-wife temporary use of marital residence and now the the use period has expired, what to do if she refuses to sell or pay rent?
Question Details:
Property is jointly-owned and dept free. As of 5 months ago the property was to be placed on the market and proceeds divided equally. Whenever topic of selling or her paying rent comes up, she walks away or hangs up the phone. She's a hoarder and neglects maintenance - I have received/paid many HOA fines. I want her out so I can restore value of home and receive back rent. Want compensation for HOA fines, property tax and tenant damage.
File a motion in the court to enforce the order.
