Question Details: My father died while incarcerated under very suspicious cirrcumstances. I was a young child and completely unaware of the things happening. I knew only what I was told. Now after some intense questioning and research, I know the truth of what actually happened. Can I do anything about this?

Probably not. I'm not a Pennsylvania attorney, but my research suggests that the two-year statute of limitations on a wrongful death action run from when the deceased person, not his family, would have known or should have known that he had a claim.
The fact that you were a child at the time probably doesn't change this. If you had been hurt in an accident, the statute of limitations would only start to run when you turned 18, but that won't help in this case.
