Are there any laws or rights for a wife whose husband has had an affair and is going to have baby with the other woman?
Question Details:
My husband and I have one minor child together. The child does not want to be around this other woman his dad is having an affair with but I believe she is pregnant. Do I have any rights as far as what I can file divorce on or on my child being around this other woman.

You can file a divorce but as far as child custody issues, you may or may not get the full custody of you child. Meaning, more than likely that your child would have to live with this woman until his majority anyway.
