Are Self-employed pensions exempt from creditors n Massachusetts bankruptcy
Question Details: My wife has a self-employed pension plan (SEP) w/ about $200,000 and I have an IRA w/ about $50,000. If we file chapter 7 (we're broke now w/ v little income) are these retirement funds protected from creditors.that is exempt.
