Am I responsible for this account?
Question Details: My husband and I had two seperate chase credit cards. Four months ago chase contacted me and closed my acct due to lack of usage. My name appeared on my husband acct. I don't remember signing for joint acct. My husband died. I am executor and benficiary of his will. I informed chase of his death and they put the bill in my name. None of the items on husband acct where for the family nor my charges. Am I responsible for this acct.
