Am I legally obligated being separated to provide my ex wife with medical insurance?
I am not legally separated my wife left me about 3 years now. Do I have to keep her on my medical insurance policy?

I doubt it.  But I would check with a local attorney to make sure, since I'm not a New York lawyer and the rules sometimes differ from one state to another;  often, detailed facts are needed for reliable advice.

I would suggest, though, that you give your wife some advance notice of this, so she can arrange for her own coverage.  It's almost always easier to deal with people when you don't make them angry first.

Yes. You need to keep her on even if you had a seperation agreament.
