Am I entitled to lost wages?
Question Details: I applied to for a customer service job 5 months ago before I had a car accident. Then I started the job right after my accident. I was only able to work for 3 weeks due to the pain from the injuries sustained. My docotor took me out of work for 8 weeks. Can I claim lost wages for the amount of time missed from work due to injuries from accident?
