am i entitled to compensation from lost wages due to my minor childs auto accident?
Question Details: my 9yr old child was involved in an auto accident. the attorney i hired got the insurance company to settle out of court for 100,000 dollars. my mother was appointed guardian of the funds. but we never were reimbursed for our out of pocket expenses and time lost from work. are we entitled to get any of that back.
