Am I eligible for my arrest record to be sealed or expunged after my 1st DUI, according to Georgia's First Offender Act?
Question Details: I was arrested in April 2008 for DUI in Statesboro, GA. It was my first and only offense, other than some speeding tickets. I hired a lawyer and entered a "Nolo" plea and was given probation and a fine. I have successfully completed all requirements and am off probation. I am worried about how it will affect job opportunities in the future.
