Question Details: I was in a single car accident. I was not listed on the insured car and the car insurance only covered liability. Do I still have a right to file a lawsuit? Is it possible for my medical bills to get paid?
If it's a single car accident, who would you sue? There is no other party for you to try to recover from. If the only driver involved was yourself, then you would not have recourse--you cannot sue yourself to recover from you liability policy.
