Am declaring bankruptcy solely based on recent severe medical prolblems- as I am on disabiliity, I need to pay off attorney after debt is wiped offl?

Question Details: I am a 48 year old female and up until relatively memorial day of this year was pretty healthy. I am now very sick, and as a result of nearly 14 medications and two hospitalizations, 4 ambulances, and an accident this past Friday the 25 on I-25 northbound in which i went still for some unknown reason unconscious, I had what no one would deny a horrific car accident in which by all means I should be dead. I had just moved from Denver to Loveland 3 days prior. I am totally broke despite good health insurance, given co-pays on specialists visits, er, scripts, and now and unable to drive. Help
