Question: Criminal Defense - Pennsylvania

ajudication
i was arrested in 08 on **** charges...the drugs in the car were NOT mine! i never went too court expect too testify against someone for it! it says my case is ajudicated...can u please tell me what this means and why i cannot get hired because of it? Can i get this expunged off my record for good? thank you so much for your time!
