It depends on what paper you signed (and whether it has been filed). If you are talking about signing a Stipulated Judgment, you should get the Judgment of Dissolution back within two to four months (depending on how busy your courthouse is) after submitting all necessary documents to the court.

In any way, it has to be at least six months from the date the Respondent was served with the Petition for Dissolution before you can be divorced.
