After mother's death my sister wants me to pay bills but won't supply me with documentation or a copy of the will.

Question Details: I have signed over insurance checks to my sister to pay off my mothers debt, but have never received proof of what was owed or paid. Also asked to see will, but she won't supply that eiither. Now she is billing me for packing up my mother's house and other bills associated with the house but refuses to show proof of anything. When I asked the probate attorney for documentation, I never received anything. My sister states that the attorney said she did not want to get involved with all of that and we would have to handle it on our own. Aren't we entiled to all the documentation and will?
