If a jugement is granted in one state is it enforceable in another state?

Question Details:

A judgement on me was ordered on me in VA from a creditor; but now I live in KY. Can my wages be garnished? If so, how much. I don't make much, like a $1000 a month.

The judgment in VA cannot be enforeced against you in KY unless the judgment is domesticated.  This means that the creditor has to file a motion in KY court to get the state to recognize the judgment and permit the judgment to be enforced in KY.  If the creditor does not know that you live in KY now and have no way of contacting you to find out where you live, then you can ignore this and force them to locate you.  If you are located and the creditor does in fact garnish your wages, then you can make a motion to modify the garnishment by showing that the statutory amount takes too much and you do not have enough to pay your bills.  You will need to show financials to support this, but you can try to get it modified.
