What to do if a company is not paying me my commission?

Question Details:

I am a franchise broker and earned a $24,000 commission 9 months ago. Our contract states full payment within 72 hours. Thus far they have paid me $12,000 4 and5 months ago and have procrastinated since on paying the balance. What are my options?
