62 partially completed condo Units with the frame only are up for sale. What would i need to do after purchase?

Question Details: All building is approved, would I only need to talk to a contractor to see how much he would finish the building for? Would i have to make a contract with the contractors jto make sure they wont bring up anymore expenses or ask for anymore money? And if i were to send this property into an investment pool but want 20% of profits after the sale of building, how would I write up that sort of real estate contract?

Would you hire an attorney to finish building the condos for you?   Why do you think you can write a contract for this deal on your own?

You need to obtain the services of a real estate attorney to prepare these documents.   There is no cookie cutter contract for the type of deal you are proposing.    Retain the services of an attorney because the contracts you sign are every bit as important as the construction.
