Sorry to hear about your loss. Well it depends on what happened. If he caused the collision then these coverages don't apply. If some one else caused the collision then either the other party's insurance would cover the damages to the extent of their policy or if they did not have any insurance then the uninsured coverage would apply. If your grandfather did not cause the collision and would like a free consultation and evaluate of your potential case give us a call.
