2 day's ago i got my 2nd DWI the last one i got it was more then 6 yers ago and i have PTSD illness know and i take medication for that ..
Question Details: and i didn't't take the breathalyzer and i have witness that i have only 1 beer and the officer stop me because i hit anther car which never happing and my car was just fine and i have pic's of the car too and i have 2 other witness when i picked up the car there was no damage to my car or any accident ,so there's any help out there and it's gonna effect my immigration case to get visa for my wife ??
