18 year old nephew was in auto accident with another vehicle. Been drinking. Passenger in other vehicle was killed. What charges does he face?
Question Details: Other car was speeding and my nephew was going 30mph having car trouble. Mother not allowed to see or speak with him. Since he has been charged with vehicular homicide is this legal? She wants to see him. Don't know yet all details of accident. Witness says other vehicle was at fault.
