Question: Criminal Defense - Mississippi

Asked on 7/14/2009
17 year old charged with felony possession with intent to distribute
My 17 year old son was just arrested and charged with felony possession with intent to distribute marijuana. From what I understand, it was his friend who had the marijuana and my son was just there. What should I do?

Get a lawyer experienced in criminal defense of this nature (possession, distribution, etc.). This is a serious offense for your son to have on his record.
