DUI / DWI Law Answers

I am a lawyer in CT and practice in this area of the law.  I suggest that the 16 year old hire a lawyer to go to court to explain the situation.  The alcohol possession charge will result in a loss of license if he pleads guilty.  The lawyer will be the best person to explain this as opposed to a parent or the 16 year old.
