11 yr. old failure to appear on dui in alabama
Question Details: I have 11 yr. old failure to appear on dui in alabama I believe my third one I have been to alcohol **** rehab counselor said everything was taken care of but found out years later it wasnt but now live in another state can I be extradicted back to face those charges?

If there is an outstanding warrant for your arrest in another state, that will probably show up on any police computer inthe event that you are pulled over on a routine traffic stop. I suggest that you find out more information on the 11 year old failure to appear and try to hire a lawyer in AL to deal with this. You will have to eventually deal with it and you do not want it to come at a time that will completely inconvenience you.
